The final trailer for Evil Dead Burn dropped today, and tickets are on sale now.
Directed by Sébastien Vaniček—whose Infested (2023) is one of the best creature features of the decade—Evil Dead Burn is the sixth entry in the franchise and the third standalone film following Fede Álvarez's 2013 reboot and Lee Cronin's Evil Dead Rise. Vaniček and co-writer Florent Bernard are working from an original screenplay. Sam Raimi and Rob Tapert produce. The executive producers are Bruce Campbell, Jose Cañas, Sarah Spurway, Romel Adam, and Evil Dead Rise filmmaker Lee Cronin.
The cast is led by Souheila Yacoub (Dune: Part Two), Hunter Doohan (Wednesday), Luciane Buchanan (The Night Agent), and Tandi Wright (Pearl). The premise: after the loss of her husband, a woman takes refuge with her in-laws. The Deadites have other plans for the family reunion.
